Grad Fest 2024
Prom and Grad Fest are being held as two separate events for 2024
June 17th, 2023 (Prom)
Location: Fort St. John Curling Club
Doors Open at 4:45pm
Dinner starts at 6:15pm, Dance at 8:30pm
The Price is Right Game Show at 8:45pm
Door Prizes at 11:45pm
Cost: Graduate ($65.00), Graduate Guest ($65.00)
Tickets are on sale May 1st to May 12th at NPSS during lunch
June 23rd, 2023 (Grad Fest)

Event concludes at 4:00am
Cost: Graduate (FREE), Graduate Guest ($30.00)

Sign your waiver and have your parent or guardian also sign before returning.

Expectations, Rules, and Policies
This event has Zero Tolerance for the use or possession of alcohol and drugs. This includes cannabis products in any form.
The classic cars are a special part of the event, and need to be respected; no food or drinks or horseplay in or around the vehicles, and no touching the vehicles, unless authorized to do so.
Foul or abusive language/behavior will not be tolerated.
It is the grad's responsibility to ensure that any guest they invite are aware of the expectation and rules of this event.
** NOTE: The Grad Fest Committee will make every effort to ensure the safety and inclusion of all attendees at the time of the event.
Procedures
All student's purses, pockets, and bags may be security checked.
PHOTO ID is required for registration and entrance into the Grad Fest event; a school ID, driver’s license, photo medical card, or a picture of your photo ID on your cell phone is acceptable. Note: full name on registered form and photo ID must match.
Any medical condition that may be of concern needs to be reported to First Aid at time of registration at the event.
To ensure the safety of all attending, re-entry will not be permitted.
If found to be under the influence of any substance or in breach of expectation, rules or policies, a parent/guardian will be contacted to take the student home. If a parent or guardian is not available, the RCMP will be called to escort the student to the police station until a parent/guardian can be reached.
Failure to abide by any of these outlined policies may result in forfeiting participation, including any prizes.
This event is being provided by volunteers of the North Peace Regional Grad Fest Society and support from the local community and businesses. We have taken the necessary precautions to prevent injury, illness or loss to its attendees, volunteers and supporters.
